Arkham Horror Cheat Sheet

Complexity Rating 5Category GamingI'm a huge fan of the table top game, "Arkham Horror" (Fantasy Flight Games). When I was new to table top gaming, I remember someone trying to teach me "Arkham Horror". I defined the deer-in-the-headlights look. This game is not just the deep end, it's dive-in-the-middle-of-the-ocean tough. Not for the faint of heart.

The first time I taught "Arkham Horror", I knew my poor students were going to need a reference sheet of some kind. There's just too much going on to remember everything.

The reference sheet from that first session has come a long way. I've attached two different PDF versions:

1. Arkham HorrorGame booklet:  3 pages, 8.5" x 11", full color

2. Arkham Horror Game Cheat Sheet: 4 pages, print front and back on 8.5" x 11", fold together to make a 5.5" x 8.5" booklet, full color

These are great for each individual player to have during play.

Also check out this one-page guide sheet.

A year ago, I found a really nice 2-page map. I can't find it again so I'm glad I downloaded it. I don't take credit for making it but would love to give credit to who did.

The Arkham Horror Wiki is also quite good.

Here's a good forum discussing the game. It has a nice flow chart for fighting monsters.
